Booking Policy

Payments are required in full, at time of booking to secure your appointment. 


 

We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may result in loss of full refund.
• Same-day cancellations may be charged up to 50% - 100% of the service total
• No-shows will be charged up to 100% of the scheduled service. No refund will be issued.


This policy ensures fairness and allows us to accommodate other clients.


 Please arrive on time to fully enjoy your service.

• Clients arriving more than 10–15 minutes late may have their service shortened
• Arrivals beyond 15 minutes may require rescheduling and will be treated as a late cancellation


 For the best results:

• Arrive with minimal or no makeup if possible
• Avoid heavy exfoliation or active products 24 hours prior
• Inform your esthetician of any skin sensitivities or medications


 

 Mobile Service Policy

TruRadiance Skin offers luxury in-home services for your convenience.

• A travel fee will be added based on your location - you can add this fee ahead of time by booking the mobile add on
• Please ensure a clean, safe, and adequate space is available for setup
• Parking must be accessible upon arrival - Apartment complex buildings must have elevator access


 

Spa Party Bookings

Spa party services require a minimum of 2 guests.

• Full payment is required to secure your event date
• Final guest count must be confirmed 48 hours prior
• Cancellations within 48 hours may result in forfeiture of 50-100% of payment


 

Membership Policy

Memberships are designed for consistency and savings.

• Minimum 3-month commitment required
• Monthly payments are auto drafted
• Services must be used within the billing cycle or within 30 days (1 rollover allowed)
• Memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable


 

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of services, all services rendered are non-refundable.

If you are unsatisfied, please contact us within 48 hours so we can make it right.
