Welcome to TruRadiance Skin. By booking an appointment, purchasing a service, or using our website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.
All services are by appointment only. By scheduling a service, you agree to provide accurate, complete information and to follow all booking policies outlined.
TruRadiance Skin reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for inappropriate behavior, unsafe conditions, or failure to comply with policies.
Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.
• Deposits may be required to secure appointments
• All sales are final on services rendered
• Pricing is subject to change at any time without notice
By booking, you agree to the cancellation policy:
• 24-hour notice required for cancellations or rescheduling
• Late cancellations may result in fees
• No-shows may be charged up to 100% of the service
Failure to comply may result in refusal of future bookings.
Clients arriving late may have their service shortened or rescheduled. Full service fees may still apply.
Clients are responsible for:
• Providing accurate health and skin information
• Disclosing allergies, medications, or skin conditions
• Following pre- and post-care instructions
TruRadiance Skin is not liable for adverse reactions when information is withheld.
TruRadiance Skin does not service clients under the age of 13.
Clients under 18 must have parental or guardian consent prior to receiving services.
For in-home appointments:
• Clients must provide a safe, clean, and suitable space
• Adequate room must be available for setup
• Travel fees apply based on location
TruRadiance Skin reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services if the environment is unsafe or inappropriate.
Spa party bookings require:
• Minimum number of guests
• Full Payment at booking and/or Deposit
• Final guest count confirmation within 48 hours
Changes or cancellations outside of policy may result in forfeiture of deposit.
By enrolling in a membership, you agree to:
• A minimum commitment period (if applicable)
• Recurring monthly billing
• Non-transferable services
• No refunds on unused services
Membership terms may be updated with notice.
All services are non-refundable.
If you are dissatisfied, please contact TruRadiance Skin within 48 hours so we can address your concerns.
TruRadiance Skin is not responsible for:
• Allergic reactions when contraindications are not disclosed
• Pre-existing skin conditions
• Client failure to follow aftercare instructions
Services are provided at the client’s own risk.
